Emma Nystadius, MA, LPCC

Emma is an independent contractor and owner of Emma Nystadius PLLC. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a focus on children, adolescents and their families. She earned her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. Her previous experience includes working in school based, residential, and preschool day treatment settings. 

Emma’s approach to therapy is collaborative, empathetic, and empowering. Emma works with client’s to meet them where they are and works to create a calm space where clients can freely express themselves. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strengths based, and client-centered approaches.

Emma see clients at the Waconia location and also provides virtual services to residents of Minnesota.
